Individual housing contracts mean that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.
Saga Reno monthly installments include utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), Internet, washer & dryer, access to all of Saga Reno amenities, and a wonderful staff to help you anytime you need them.
Yes, we offer roommate matching! If you don’t have anyone in mind you would like to live with, let us match you up with someone! There is a roommate matching sheet that you will fill out in your application to let us know more about what you’re looking for in a roommate. Then, we figure out the best match for you based on that information. We also have a new third-party group called RoomSync that can be used to find and create your own roommate group!
Monthly Installments are always due on the 1st of the month. You can pay upfront (due August 1st), in semester installments (due August 1st and January 1st), or in twelve installments (due August 1st and on the first of the month for the next 11 consecutive months).

No. While pets are NOT allowed at Saga Reno, we happily welcome any and all support animals.
If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by the front desk. If it is an emergency, please notify the front office immediately.
Saga Reno is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, large desk & chair, and dresser. The living area has a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table, and barstools. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy-efficient appliances, a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.
Saga Reno insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We suggest getting renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.
Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox located on the Saga Reno property. Packages are delivered to our Amazon Hub locker for all delivery carriers. Any packages too large to fit in the hub locker will be dropped off in the office, and you will receive an alert once we log it in so you can come and pick it up.
We suggest you bring bedding for a full-sized bed, toiletries, dishes/cookware, and decorations to make your new room feel like home!
Saga Reno has resident events that range from breakfast bar parties to Taco Tuesdays. Not only is there free food at events, but it’s also a great way to meet people!
If you don’t have a valid guarantor, you can sign up with our third-party LEAP, which takes your credit and academic standing into consideration and creates a plan to be noted as your guarantor
If you cannot successfully find someone to reassign your contract, we will remove the reassignment fee from your account and credit the amount paid onto your current account balance.
